To purchase Equipment or Products from Medispa, complete the following steps:

CREDIT CARD APP    -    PURCHASE ORDER FORM    -    INVOICE FORM    
 
 2. Contact the Sales Representative at 604.763.4752.
The Sales Representatives will help you complete your order form and are available to take your order from Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Pacific Time).
 3. Email your Sales Representative at sales@medispa.ca.
Your Sales Representative will confirm your order and provide shipping and handling information.
